"Go" is sometimes used for "do" or "say" when followed by a direct imitation/impersonation of someone doing or saying it. It's especially used for physical gestures or sounds that aren't words, more info because those rule out the use of the verb "say".

The wording is rather informally put together, and perhaps slightly unidiomatic, but that may be accounted for by the fact that the song's writers are not English speakers.
